Leading The Way Tours is aware of the decision of Philmont Scout Ranch to cancel all treks/programs for the 2020 Summer season.  https://www.philmontscoutranch.org/coronavirus/  

We will fully refund all groups that will not be traveling due to their Philmont trek being cancelled. 

Requests for cancellation should be made in writing. Requests for cancellation should be made by the original party booking the tour/transportation and reference their reservation number (ex: Troop 123 - 608 or XYZ Council - 608). We appreciate your patience as we process cancellation and refund requests.
